Quickstart is something equivalent of WordPress Theme Import in meaning. Actually, we make a Joomla Installation, that includes template, extensions, and Demo Data. Then we have to customize the site, in order to cover our needs. We can install a Quickstart locally or on the Web Server of the Hosting Company. Take a look:
