Backup /Restore  of  WordPress

There are a lot of plugins that perform the backup. Fo me the best backup is the backup of the hosting company. If you can have with this option and provides  you a copy on your laptop is the best  solution because :

1 It has been tested millions of times (system   utility)

2 It is free (you pay more only if you store the backup not on the server but somewhere on the cloud)

3 the restore is part of the admin of the server  (not possible mistakes)

4 It supports languages like Russian, Greek and other languages (one time the backup from a plugin  was  not able to restore the data because of the local language)

5 Low maintenance cost.
