Importing to WordPress:
[list=1]

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Tools -> Import.

Choose Blogger from the list of importers and install the Blogger to WordPress importer plugin if prompted.

Upload your XML file. WordPress will then import your posts, comments, and other content.
