I will say to you.
[list=1]

You buy a quickstart Joomla file.

You upload to web hosting

You install, and this creates a site that you have to customize (images, text)

You can also do this with
[list=1]

wordpress theme and demo import

drupal with distribustion or tailored theme to a market that includes the needed apps
