Why I write about natural language acquisition ?

Why I write about  natural language acquisition, and what is a way to learn a physical language ?

I study Russian language and I found the theory of The Natural Order Language  Acquisition, search in Google it helps a lot and from language to language is needed more or less time.

I you know English is not difficult to learn another Latin origin language but for Russians is needed more time.
